Sensitive documents and archive records will be safe and hidden from prying eyes in our PIN-locked storage, and only you will have access. For discretion and convenience, our storage manager can also accept and allocate postage items to any storage unit, if you need to post something directly or even run a business from a unit.

How Secure Is Our Storage Facility in Rockingham?

You Lock It, You Keep the Key
You are the only person who has access to your unit. Once you secure your unit with your own lock, you keep the key for complete control and peace of mind.
Each customer receives a unique personal PIN code. When you enter your code, your unit’s alarm automatically disarms. When you enter your code to leave the site, the alarm system automatically reactivates to keep your unit protected.
What are your access hours?

You can access your storage unit 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:00pm using your unique personal PIN code. Our facility is well lit throughout the evening, making it safe and convenient to visit your unit early in the morning or later in the day.
24/7 Access for Businesses
Businesses with a valid ABN receive 24/7 access to their storage unit for maximum flexibility.
If you require 24-hour access for personal use, this can also be arranged. Simply speak with one of our friendly staff and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I store a vehicle, boat or caravan?
Yes, we offer secure vehicle, boat, and caravan storage with a range of parking options available. Our facility has 5, 6, 7, and 8 metre parking spaces, suitable for many types of vehicles, trailers, boats, and caravans.
Your vehicle will be stored behind a secure, locked gate with 24/7 surveillance, giving you peace of mind while it’s parked with us.
If you prefer undercover and fully enclosed storage, we also have large storage units that can accommodate vehicles, trailers, boats, and similar items. These units provide additional protection from the weather while keeping your vehicle securely locked away.
What items can’t I store?
For the safety of our customers and the facility, there are certain items that cannot be stored in our units or parking areas.
Prohibited items include:
- Hazardous or toxic chemicals
- Illegal goods or stolen items
- Perishable food or items that may attract pests
- Living things, including people, animals, or plants
- Unregistered or leaking vehicles

Do I need to sign a long term contract?
No — our storage is offered on a simple month-to-month agreement, so you’re not locked into a long-term contract.
Only Pay for What You Use
You only pay for the space and time you actually need. If your circumstances change, simply provide 14 days’ notice when you plan to move out. The minimum charge is one month’s rent plus a security fee when you move in. This flexible approach makes it easy to store your items for as long—or as short—a time as you need.
What size storage unit do I need?
Choosing the right storage unit depends on how many items you’re storing and their size. We offer a range of unit sizes to suit everything from a few boxes to the contents of a full house.
Here is a simple guide to help you choose:
Small Units – 1.5×1.5 – 2×2 metre unit
Ideal for boxes, small furniture, seasonal items, or business documents. Perfect if you’re decluttering or storing the contents of a small room.
Medium Units – 3×3 – 4×3 metre units
Great for storing the contents of a 1–2 bedroom apartment, including furniture, appliances, and multiple boxes.
Large Units – 5×3 – 6×3 metre units
Suitable for the contents of a 3–4 bedroom home, including large furniture, white goods, and many boxes.
Extra-Large Units / Vehicle Storage – 7×3 + metre units
Large enough for vehicles, trailers, boats, or the contents of a large home.
