You will easily find us at 125 Dixon Road. The driveways are extra wide for removal trucks and semi trailers; there’s no need to reverse as you can drive right through.

We have over 400 individual units. We can offer 13 diferent sizes, from locker sizes to mini warehouses. We have something for everyone, business or personal. Also available secure outside parking for cars, boats, trucks and caravans.

Your individual pin code allows you to access 24 hours 7 days a week. There’s plenty of light if you visit at night.

Use of trailers at a special reduced fee for storers and trolleys to move in! If you need a removalist we have a list of operators that other customers have recommended. Need more moving boxes? We stock the full range in our box shop.

You have sole access to your unit. Your pin code will disarm your unit on entry and rearm it on exit.

Only pay for the space and time you use. Just give 14 days notice on move out and, on request, we will refund any unused rent over $50. Minimum fee is one month’s rent and security fee.

You will be storing at Rockingham’s largest and most secure facility. Our site is neat and clean, and we daily check our units. We have digital CCTV cameras, perimeter beams and individually alarmed and monitored units. Access is via our computerised alarmed security front gate.

An all-weather covered driveway offers protection from the sun and rain. That makes it easy to move in or out during summer and winter!

You Lock It, You Keep the Key

You are the only person who has access to your unit. Once you secure your unit with your own lock, you keep the key for complete control and peace of mind.

Each customer receives a unique personal PIN code. When you enter your code, your unit’s alarm automatically disarms. When you enter your code to leave the site, the alarm system automatically reactivates to keep your unit protected.

Secure 7-Day Access

You can access your storage unit 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:00pm using your unique personal PIN code. Our facility is well lit throughout the evening, making it safe and convenient to visit your unit early in the morning or later in the day.

24/7 Access for Businesses

Businesses with a valid ABN receive 24/7 access available on request to their storage unit for maximum flexibility.

If you require 24-hour access for personal use, this can also be arranged. Simply speak with one of our friendly staff and we’ll be happy to assist.

Yes, we offer secure vehicle, boat, and caravan storage with a range of parking options available. Our facility has 5, 6, 7, and 8 metre parking spaces, suitable for many types of vehicles, trailers, boats, and caravans.

Your vehicle will be stored behind a secure, locked gate with 24/7 surveillance, giving you peace of mind while it’s parked with us.

If you prefer undercover and fully enclosed storage, we also have large storage units that can accommodate vehicles, trailers, boats, and similar items. These units provide additional protection from the weather while keeping your vehicle securely locked away.

For the safety of our customers and the facility, there are certain items that cannot be stored in our units or parking areas.

Prohibited items include:

• Hazardous or toxic chemicals
• Illegal goods or stolen items
• Perishable food or items that may attract pests
• Living things, including people, animals, or plants
• Unregistered or leaking vehicles

No — our storage is offered on a simple month-to-month agreement, so you’re not locked into a long-term contract.

Suitable for the contents of a 3–4 bedroom home, including large furniture, white goods, and many boxes.

Extra-Large Units / Vehicle Storage – 7×3 + metre units

Large enough for vehicles, trailers, boats, or the contents of a large home.
